Acrylic material CNC machining
Equipped with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centers that combine various strokes, using imported transparent acrylic (PMMA) real material, our years of manufacturing experience have equipped us with the process knowledge for flawless surface finishing of transparent plastic workpieces.
High skilled manual polishing
The surface treatment in the later stage is completed by highly specialized and skilled craftsmen, who strictly follow the standardized process for manual polishing operations. Different grades of sandpaper and polishing wax are used to gradually remove surface processing marks. The final prototype of the car lamp will be transparent, flawless, and have optical quality.
